My name’s Lucy, and I’m the founder of Formulr Marketing.

2017
I started my Advertising and Marketing Degree, which I graduated with a 1st Class Honours
During my time at University, I led marketing consultancy projects with David Lloyd Leisure and the NHS. I studied key topics such as Consumer Psychology, Media Planning, Communications, Global Marketing Strategy, and more. Additionally, I undertook an internship in a Tourism Marketing agency in my final year.
2020
My professional career began working in marketing agencies
Straight out of university, I worked at a marketing agency in Lincoln for two and a half years, before moving on to a Nottingham-based agency. During this time, I supported a wide range of clients with their digital marketing growth, executing strategies across social media, search, email, and more.

2024
I became Head of Marketing for a global distributor
I headed up the global marketing strategy and team for an international distributor operating in the adult retail and wellness industry. It was my responsibility to lead our marketing efforts across DTC and B2B.
Our activities covered all areas of traditional and digital marketing, and in this time, our team were awarded Best Marketing Support To Retailers, Best Brand Of The Year, Business Of The Year, and International Distributor Of The Year. Personally, I was nominated for Business Exec Of The Year in our industry, which was a real pinch me moment. I am incredibly proud of what we achieved as a team.
We significantly grew our DTC operations, ran successful campaigns with leading industry brands, strengthened marketing partnerships with key customers, gained notable PR coverage, accelerated new product launch, and massively enhanced our presence in the market.
