My name's Lucy, and I'm the Owner of Formulr Marketing.
2017
I started my Advertising and Marketing Degree, which I graduated with a 1st Class Honours
During my time at University, I led marketing consultancy projects with David Lloyd Leisure and the NHS. I studied key topics such as Consumer Psychology, Media Planning, Communications, Global Marketing Strategy, and more. Additionally, I undertook an internship in a Tourism Marketing agency.
2020
My professional career began in marketing agencies
Straight out of university, I worked at a marketing agency in Lincoln for two and a half years, before moving on to another local agency where I worked for just under a year before moving into my next role.
During this time, I had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients to inject ideas, build successful marketing strategies, curate one-off campaigns, and get hands on with all of their day to day activities - including Social Media, Email Marketing, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, PR, and so much more.

2024
I joined not one, but two global distributors as Head of Marketing
For two years, I headed up and executed the marketing strategy and team in-house for companies operating in the adult retail and wellness industry.
Our activities covered all areas of traditional and digital marketing, and in this time, our team were awarded Best Marketing Support To Retailers, Best Brand of The Year, Business of the Year, and International Distributor of The Year. I am incredibly proud of what we achieved as a team and a challenger brand.
We significantly grew our DTC operations, ran successful campaigns with leading industry brands, strengthened marketing partnerships with key customers and distributors, gained notable PR coverage, accelerated new product launch, supported ambitious new product development, and massively enhanced our presence in the market.
